The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for any content or information accessed through the Application.

In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Application
• Any content obtained from the Application
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain. Please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
